American exceptionalism

Is it O.K. to think of America as exceptional?  I say it is a MUST.

A president that ignores the limits granted to him in the US Constitution and takes measures to knock our country down to the level of every other country so that we are seen as equal rather than exceptional is not an American at heart. I also believe the majority of my brothers and sisters agree that it is our moral duty to strive for excellence. It is from the fruits of our labor that we are able to share charitably with those countries around the world that need our help. It is these countries that look to us as an example of how a free market with a limited government can and DOES benefit society as a whole. America is exceptional. We are proud of it and the world is thankful.

Any group that seeks to knock down America seeks to ultimately knock down the world.  Without us, there is no stability, no strength, no charity, no opportunity for growth and no freedom for all.

Embrace the exceptionalism, and fight for it.
