30 day fitness and healthy challenge
As women we face many struggles. One issue I know many of us deal with is our weight and self- image. Growing up in the 90’s and watching television, looking at magazines and living in our culture my self -image was highly affected. I have always thought lower of myself than I should have due to this influence. This issue in our society is just as real and powerful now as it was then.
Of course I got older and realized this warped way of thinking was not doing me any good. I’ve always enjoyed exercising and have eaten fairly healthy most of my life. Then I had three wonderful children and as we all know they destroy your body. So I was back at square one again battling the same thoughts I had years before.
Since having my last child I’ve pushed myself to find more time to exercise. For the past few months I’ve been on a pretty good schedule. I still eat healthy but haven’t been seeing the amazing results that I keep searching for. I have found some nutritional, healthy and safe products that I’ve been using. I have seen some improvements with these products but I still want more. I believe it is time for me to step it up a notch.
So, for the next thirty days I’m going to be open and honest with all of you. I’m going to post a “diary” entry each day. There are plenty of you out there to keep me accountable. If I decide to be really brave I may even post some photos along the way. I’m going to do a thirty day healthy and fitness challenge. If anyone wants to join me, feel free! I’m happy to share with you tips, recipes, products and ideas that have helped me along the way! As women we should be supporting one another during our struggles.
